Good afternoon Mrs De Rusett,
I am writing today to provide you with an update on the progress of the project.
I have published the tender this morning for the demolition of 3 & 4 Mill Lane and the building of 4 new homes this morning.
The closing date for tenders is 8th December with the formal award scheduled for end January 2026. We are aiming for a start date late February 2026.
