Diddlebury Parish Council meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month, except for August and December, when there is no council meeting.

Meetings commence at 7.30 pm with an open public involvement session, where parishioners can raise matters of concern with their councillors, followed by the formal council meeting.

Members of the Public and Press are welcome to attend any meetings of the Parish Council or its Committees, although there are occasions when meetings must go into private session when dealing with matters of a confidential nature.

Speaking at a Meeting -  Our meetings are open to the public and that the public may make representations, answer questions and give evidence at a meeting in respect of business on the agenda. They are allowed 10 minutes unless directed otherwise by the meeting. For matters not on the agenda, they are allowed 5 minutes to speak.
